Adam Babiak is an associate litigation lawyer at Phillips Barristers, where he practices class action and civil litigation.

Before joining Phillips Barristers, Adam practiced at a leading plaintiffs’ class action firm in Toronto. There, he acted for injured clients in institutional abuse, privacy, product liability, securities and investor protection cases.

Adam holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and while in school, he volunteered extensively with the Downtown Legal Services community legal clinic in its tenant protection division.
