Class Actions & Key Cases

Our lawyers are at the forefront of addressing some of the most significant injustices in Canada.

Class Actions

We represent people who have been harmed by corporations or public authorities. As fearless advocates for the underdog, we stand up for those who have been wronged by:

  • Government wrongdoing and Charter breaches
  • Consumer or securities misrepresentations
  • Faulty products
  • Human rights abuses
  • Any other mass wrongdoing

We are committed to securing access to justice for those who may not otherwise have the means to assert their rights.
